General Phosphoric Acid
Because phosphoric acid has the functions of adjusting pH and retaining water, it has various applications. A small amount of phosphoric acid is added cosmetics to enhance their water retention. It is also added to various drinks as an acidifier, and is used as a pH adjuster in brewing. The moderately acidic properties of phosphoric acid are utilized in the manufacturing of metal polishing and cleaning agents. Phosphoric acid is also a component of phosphate, which is added to many kinds of food in small amounts. Phosphorus is one of the three elements which are indispensable for plants. It is therefore used for bacteria cultivation, as well as a source of nutrition for bacteria in the processing of sludge with bacteria. We have three different concentrations of general phosphoric acid; 89%, 85% and 75%.
