Phosphate

We were the first company in Japan to succeed in manufacturing phosphate for industrial purposes. Our original dry phosphoric acid, which is used in phosphate, guarantees high quality and safety. We produce two kinds of phosphate — one for industrial products and another for food additives.
1. One of the industrial products that phosphate is used for is the agent to upgrade the fire-resistance of bricks, which takes advantage of phosphate's high thermo-stability. It is also used in the agent to disperse styrene polymer and the catalyst to elaborate phenol resin.
2. We were the first to develop and manufacture phosphate as a food additive, and we believe that our products are of the highest quality. Phosphate can be added to sake or wine during the manufacturing process as a source of nutrition. As it is assimilated by yeast it doesn't remain in fermented products. A small quantity of phosphate is also added to ham and sausage to improve water retention and texture. Thus, phosphate is used in industry to improve the quality of products. It also meets consumer needs for food diversification and improved processed food quality.
